This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the circumstances under which Ez Competitions (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”) will issue refunds to entrants (“Entrants”, “you”, “your”). This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.
1.1 In the event that a Competition is cancelled by the Promoter, all paid entries will be refunded in full.
1.2 Free postal entries are not eligible for refunds; however, all postal entrants will be notified of the cancellation.
2.1 Where an Entrant has been charged more than once for the same entry, the duplicate payment(s) will be refunded in full.
3.1 Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Valid and completed entries, once purchased, unless otherwise required by law.
Free postal entries, as no payment has been made.
Where an Entrant changes their mind after purchase.
3.2 Entrants are responsible for ensuring they review their entry before confirming purchase.
4.1 Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment only.
4.2 Refunds will be issued in GBP (£). International entrants accept full liability for any exchange rate fluctuations, bank charges, or third-party processing fees incurred.
5.1 Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of approval, although exact timescales may vary depending on the Entrant’s payment provider.
